Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant/ Front desk you are required to answer phones and help customers as they come in. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing papers.
- Greet customers and help them find the correct part they need.
- Maintain office inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide support in organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assist with basic data entry tasks
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is an added plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment operation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and with other people.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
