Job posting end date: Assistant Director, Enrollment Services Saint Louis University (SLU) St. Louis, MO Full-time, on site Up to $75,000, depending on experience As a vital member of the INTO SLU team, the Assistant Director, Enrollment Services will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing the Enrollment and Admission division of INTO Saint Louis University. This position holds responsibility for managing admission and enrollment processes for INTO-sourced Saint Louis University Direct Entry, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and enhancing the overall student experience. Key Responsibilities: This dynamic role, within a growing organization, involves a range of responsibilities that may evolve over time. Key responsibilities include: Serve as a member of the INTO SLU leadership team, demonstrating strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, contributing to strategic planning, and serving as a subject matter expert in enrollment and admissions processes. Act as the deputy to the Director of Operations & Partner Relations, making non-academic management decisions in the absence of the Director. Provide effective leadership within the INTO Center-based team, promoting a "one team" focus and vision. Drive change management skills toward practices and processes crucial to the ongoing growth and success of INTO SLU Center and INTO NA. Optimize student satisfaction and academic success through the development and improvement of enrollment processes and seamless progression and transition processes. Manage the transcript evaluation team, overseeing hiring, work assignments, compliance, and problem resolution. Oversee the matriculation process, collaborating with INTO SLU staff to ensure a smooth enrollment process from registration through progression. Collaborate closely with US Partnership Admissions on application processes, adhering to established procedures for INTO University Partnerships and Saint Louis University. Ensure compliance with INTO SLU and Saint Louis University document standards. Act as the INTO SLU Immigration liaison, working with the university immigration office as required. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including university partners, INTO SLU colleagues, global recruitment units, applicants, students, agency representatives, and sponsoring agencies. Collaborate with the Marketing and Recruitment Manager on various projects, supporting initiatives such as entry requirement updates, communications, and payments. Improve internal operations and overall process efficiency to optimize application-to-offer rates across program groups. Serve as a subject matter expert in international evaluations and credentials knowledge, staying abreast of trends and recommending policies as needed. Liaise with Saint Louis University departments to create, regulate, and implement matriculation processes. Identify, create, implement, and manage admissions/enrollment processes and procedures for INTO SLU and INTO Sourced SLU Direct Entry in collaboration with key stakeholders. Work closely with technical staff on information systems processes and procedures, ensuring consistent reporting of data. Deliver timely and accurate reporting to key stakeholders as requested. Supervise the international evaluation team, including hiring, work assignments, progress monitoring, and problem resolution. Other duties as assigned.
