Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Solutions Architect

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Solutions Architect to diagnose, resolve, and potentially re-engineer our client's business systems. This high-level role involves critical assessment, strategic problem-solving, and effective communication to ensure system functionality and user satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Diagnose Current System Issues: Conduct a comprehensive analysis to identify and understand the automation and synchronization issues within the current Microsoft Dynamics BC implementation. • Develop and Implement Solutions: Depending on the diagnosis, either rectify the existing system issues or, if necessary, design and implement a new system from scratch. • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams and end-users to demonstrate how system functionalities can be optimized and assure them of the potential of a correctly configured system. • Training and Support: Provide training to the Accounting and Finance departments post-implementation to ensure smooth operation and understanding of the new or modified system. • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all solutions comply with DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) regulations due to the client's government contracts. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV). • Strong background in systems analysis, scalable solutions development, and project management in a Dynamics environment. • Expertise in diagnosing complex systems and leading system integration projects. • Knowledge of government contract regulations, specifically DCAA, is highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
