We are hiring an Accounting Associate - Accounts Receivable.

The primary purpose of the Accounting Associate - Accounts Receivable is to process customer account payments, create invoices, make needed corrections, and answer questions and requests from customers and internal departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for processing daily accounting queries in regards to customer accounts

2. Processes daily account payments

3. Respond to direct inquiries from customer service reps and other departments in regards to customer accounts

4. Process customer refunds

5. Process Device Protection Claims

6. Terminate and remove equipment from customer accounts

7. Unclaimed customer refund processing

8. All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2. Associates Degree or some college preferred.

3. 1-2 years of accounting or general business experience preferred.

4. Attention to detail is required.

5. Critical thinking is required.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
