What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Cleaner - 1099/Contractor position at Intraserve?
Intraserve is seeking hardworking, experienced, and reliable house cleaners. You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform - specifying the hours you wish to work and the cities you want to work in. We provide you with a friendly support team that will set up your appointments and get jobs booked for you according to your schedule. Our support team handles all advertising, estimates, customer service, scheduling, and billing and lets you focus on your work.
City Clean Miami is locally owned and operated. Unlike many other competitors, we are not a franchise and we offer much higher wages. We know that our cleaners are the forefront of our business and we want you to be properly and fairly compensated for your efforts.
Already have your own clients? That's fine! We will help you get even more and send you all of the work that you desire.
Have another person that you currently clean with? That's fine, too! We will schedule you for jobs together.
Start date: ASAP (Interview and background screening take between 7-10 days)
Duties:
- Routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential homes
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting
- Vacuuming, cleaning glass, wiping down surfaces, etc.
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently
Qualifications:
- 2 years of paid house cleaning experienced is required
- Must speak English (conversational okay)
- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
- Must have or be willing to get General Liability Insurance (very quick process; roughly $40/month)
City Clean is not the employer of its registered cleaners; you would be accepting jobs as an independent contractor.
