Job Description

The Onboarding Shift Supervisor is instrumental in driving the success of our customer onboarding processes, both by directly handling the onboarding of key clients and by supervising and supporting other onboarding representatives. This role demands an extensive understanding of our product, technical acumen, leadership, and exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and efficient environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Key Client Onboarding: Directly manage the onboarding of major clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and delivering a seamless transition experience.
  • In-Depth Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain an extensive understanding of the Intrigma product to guide and advise both clients and team members effectively.
  • Supervise Onboarding Reps: Oversee the activities of onboarding representatives, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all projects.
  • Training & Development: Conduct in-depth training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the onboarding team, ensuring consistent service quality.
  • Support & Guidance: Provide ongoing advice, support, and problem-solving solutions to the onboarding representatives to address challenges encountered during the onboarding process.
  • Quality Assurance & Customer Interaction: Validate the configured schedules to assure adherence to organization policies and resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or related field such as Economics, Math or Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.
  • Leadership & Onboarding Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with direct experience in customer onboarding, preferably involving key or large-scale clients.
  • Product Mastery: In-depth knowledge of software products, with the ability to learn and master the Intrigma product swiftly.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Superior communication skills, with the proficiency to convey intricate concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Preferred but not Mandatory:

  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Experience in or passion for the healthcare industry.
  • Advanced Degree: An advanced degree in a related field.
