Luxury Apartment Community is seeking a part-time (weekend), experienced individual who can provide high quality service to our residents and clients.
The successful candidate will have a confident personality, enjoy networking with residents and clients, be a lover of pets, and be equipped with excellent communication skills (written and verbally). In addition, the qualified candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of local businesses, restaurants, travel selections, and entertainment scenes. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Welcome visitors to the building with courtesy, poise, and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls and route to the appropriate team member.
- Ensure residents that their needs are our number one priority.
- Acting as a role model and always presenting oneself as a credit to our community and encouraging others to do the same.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival.
- Manage and coordinate the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
- Ensure amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
- Oversee package management system and be a resource to assist residents with their packages.
- Maintain tracking logs for amenity reservations.
- Maintain and distribute daily shift log to keep management informed of anything significant occurring during shift.
- Assist the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
- Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents.
- Maintain an organized and inviting work/lobby area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including early evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Experience in high-end customer service environment, preferably in a highly visible position such as Concierge, Front Desk associate, or Guest Services Representative in hospitality or property management.
- Savvy computer skills, including the ability to maneuver internet searches.
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work with others well, give and take direction and interface with decision makers in a professional manner.
- Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
