This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.
Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.

To receive the $300.00 paid training bonus, if the following criteria are met: Must complete all 5 days of training, graduate, and complete 10 calls.
Starting Pay $18.00 gross per hour. You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week or 40 hours per cycle from Monday to Sunday, between 8AM and 10PM EST. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee)..
