Communications Manager

Intuit is looking for a communications manager to support its Corporate Communications team and the Intuit brand’s social media platforms. Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve with TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.

We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of creating and executing content campaigns, and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, all fueled by data and analytics. The ideal candidate is comfortable in new and existing internal and external digital channels (social media, employee advocacy, blog, etc.), is fast-paced and can pivot quickly, has a heart for the customer, and leverages insights to make strategic business decisions. The position will be a part of the Intuit corporate communications team, representing the Intuit brand across all digital communications touch points around the world, including social media, online communities, internal employee-facing channels, with influencers, and the external Intuit blog.

• Develop innovative social media campaigns in support of Intuit’s strategic reputation priorities across audiences (current/future employees, customers, communities, investors), including high profile brand campaigns
• Campaigns might include social media engagement, long- and short-form content, influencers, UGC, paid/organic social, content syndication, measurement, and reporting
• Lead community management and moderation of executive social media profiles
• Drive development of content for the Intuit external blog
• Lead employee advocacy program of employees serving as digital ambassadors
• Leverage social listening to inform strategy based on what's being discussed; voice of consumer reporting during times of crisis
• Support our reputation pillars with content plans
• Optimize campaigns based on data and learnings
• Provide strategic inputs and counsel on digital communications strategy related to large, cross-functional campaigns
• Steward channel strategy and rigorously prioritize content and channel activations based on business goals and desired outcomes
• Coordinate content and campaigns from start-to-finish working with agencies, vendors, internal/external stakeholders, and PR, internal communications, and digital communications teams
• Measure and analyze data to inform campaign optimization
• Support external communications team with inputs to build content campaigns and reporting
• Plug in to appropriate operational mechanisms to bring content from stakeholders to life

Qualifications:

• Expert of social media usage, platforms, content, measurement, and paid and organic best practices
• Minimum 6 years of experience with paid, earned, or owned media
• Comfortable working in a rapid, and ever-changing social media landscape
• Ability to be nimble as the capability is in early stages and growing rapidly
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data and human empathy
• Passion for sharing the Intuit brand with the world
• Heart for the customer
• Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and work cross-functionally
• Experience working on a parent or corporate brand
• Collaborative self-starter

Education

BA/BS in communications, marketing, or digital media or equivalent experience
