Group Marketing Program Manager

The Marketing Program Management Group Manager is a dynamic role that drives the progress of highly cross functional and strategic go-to-market activities. The primary focus is to turn marketing intent into reality and create program structure to ensure alignment and increase speed of execution. You’ll do this both by leading a team of seasoned program managers and by directly managing key programs. You will work with world class global marketing teams to deliver on new product and feature launches, multi-channel campaigns and customer delight and retention programs.

• The Team Manager for Marketing PMO is responsible for leading their employees to drive the most important initiatives for SBSEG Marketing. You’ll drive influence at the executive team level to ensure your team is prioritized and set up for success. You’ll lead from the trenches, mentoring and empowering employees to do the best work of their lives. You’ll create a high-performance culture, bold in experimentation, learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Strong program management team leadership experience, including 10 years leading complex, multi-phase programs involving cross-functional contributing teams.
• Proven Track record of successfully managing complex projects including building playbooks for greenfield Expert in navigating challenges within a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to frame storylines and drive data backed decision making in a highly matrixed environment. Easily builds strong partnerships across organizations to deliver the best outcome for complex programs.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, showcasing ability to think end-to-end, while also looking around corners to anticipate and and manage risks before they become blockers.
• Outstanding communication (written/verbal), at executive levels with clarity and precision
• Flexible approach to change, can work effectively in a variety of situations, employing E2E thought leadership to steer teams through pivot. Constantly seeks and drives experimentation in process improvement.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and effectively to set up teams for success. Proactively seeks input from cross functional team members to understand their roles and program needs. Builds trust and influences stakeholders at various levels to develop clear program priorities and shared vision of success.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Operations, or related fields. MBA preferred.
