Server/Bartender

We are seeking a professional and friendly Bartender , Server & Cooks to join our dynamic team in our bustling restaurant. As a key member of our service staff, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a flair for mixology, and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and menu specifications
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and handling complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the cash register and POS system
- Restock supplies and keep the bar well-stocked with ingredients
- Work collaboratively with other servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle food handling responsibilities and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate bills and make change
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines
- Participate in staff training and maintain a positive attitude
- Upsell and promote specials, appetizers, and desserts to increase sales
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the restaurant's dress code

Requirements:
- Experience in a restaurant or bar setting, preferably with bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic retail math
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Sales and hospitality skills are highly desirable
