Must Have Skills:
- Six to ten years of senior level program management experience
- Scrum certified
- Extensive exp with AWS migrations/DevSecOps and implementations.
- Direct experience developing business requirements, project governance and planning, proven experience in successful project delivery
- Strong project management skills, and oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure core services
- Experience managing Cloud Migration projects/Data Centers.
Must have knowledge on JIRA
- PMP, Prince2 or equivalent project management certification
Experience:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops with customer representatives, document requirements, program functions, data quality, reports and analysis, and training
- Determine scope of initiatives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business requirements and technology
- Build and merge agile, scrum and waterfall practices, and lead teams to utilize established processes
- Exceptional documentation skills using various industry project management tools. Research new tools and PMO enhancements to increase self and team value, effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist with requirements, design, testing and implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities and system performance meet goals and objectives
- Prepare analyses and associated documentation for production support of cloud and internal infrastructure enterprises
- Must be able to work independently on multiple tasks in a highly dynamic environment with strong customer service skills, teaming skills and the ability to collaborate within a cross functional organization
- Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer and sales. Holds responsibility for achieving the ITP’s bar of excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction
- Completes weekly and quarterly forecasts of revenue and utilization. Prepares estimated time to complete, manages back-log. Manages the cost budget and the impact of change requests on cost budget. Responsible for correct invoicing
- Prepares detailed project plan for the engagement within the standards of project management methodologies. Reviews and validates statement of work (SOW). Categorizes requirements into a project plan detailing schedules, controls, resources, costs and daily tasks. Prepare risk and remediation plan. Responsible for creating one team approach, goals and milestones within a project to ensure ITP's commitments to the customer are achieved. Adheres to established standards, processes, and methods to produce solutions that conform to requirements. Strives for, maintains and further develops excellence in processes and services
- Responsible for Quality Assurance; projects are to be delivered to scope defined within SOW ensuring any deviations are processed via defined Change Control process. Participate in customer discussions regarding budget, risk and impact of changes. Communicate to all ITP concerned parties any existing or potential customer escalation issues. Proactively follows the EMC escalation and change control process.
- Point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement. Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to the stakeholders: customers, management, sales and delivery personnel. Holds internal and customer kick-off meeting as appropriate. Responsible for regular status reports
- Lead team during project lifecycle, provide project management, leadership and oversight to project and/or workstreams. Provide performance feedback to management and PMO team members
- Adhere to established standards, processes, and methods to produce solutions that conform to requirements. Strives for, maintains and further develops excellence in processes and services.
- Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast- changing environment, respond calmly and rationally in a constantly changing, deadline driven environment.
- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several geographically dispersed teams
