Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing quality control measures throughout the production process.

Duties:

Expertise in creating Deviations and CAPA

Expertise in creating MMR

Expertise in handling customer complaints

Expertise in managing supplier qualification program

- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Perform quality control tests using tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations
- Conduct internal quality audits to assess adherence to QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) standards
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures and processes

Experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles
- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations related to product quality and safety
