Job Description
Position Overview
As the Analyst, Project Controls, you will be responsible for supporting the Construction Project Management system, support project management processes with best practices, process improvements, automation, system evaluations, and staff training on the system and processes. The Analyst role will be heavily focused on information integrity within the Construction Project Management system and ensuring processes within the system are following company standards.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining projects in the construction project management system
- Setting up, maintaining, and auditing internal and external users
- Creating and generating reports, analyzing data, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions to Project Managers
- Own information integrity for distribution lists, project documentation locations, project features within each project
- Support Project Managers with distributing contracts, meeting minutes, drawing logs, etc
- Support the development and maintenance of the Project Management Standard Operating Procedures
- Support the adherence to internal processes that ensure consistency and quality
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training to both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support for emergent Construction Project Management system issues
- Promote good communication and coordination with other departments
- Guide and support project management team members as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Construction experience and/or construction internship preferred
- Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders preferred
- Able to travel up to 5% of the time
Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000
