- 45-minute 1:1 video interview with Director of Project Delivery
- 60-minute skills interview with the DynamicWeb team
- 30-minute video interview(s) with DynamicWeb leadership

What’s unique about this role is that Project Management is evolving as we speak. As the Project Managers continue to grow, you’ll be blazing new trails. This includes making progress with daily stop gap solutions in the interim, and adapting to improvements and new processes over time.
Your first priority will be to learn the DynamicWeb ropes! Chances are you’re bringing your own set of experiences working with project management, software and/or eCommerce. It’s important to let your industry experience managing projects shine while also allowing yourself room to grow. You’ll work alongside DynamicWeb’s Project Teams to understand the client goals, and project deliverables, and get acquainted with the standard of excellence while diving into what you can to help along the way.
By the second month, you’ll be owning projects of your own. On any given day, you’ll be driving client implementations which means you’re accountable for managing scope, timeline, budget, and working with other professionals for resource planning; communication, and escalations. You’ll communicate and collaborate proactively with internal teams and leadership from sales to engineering.
Perhaps the most important responsibility as a Project Manager is building positive, strong, and authentic relationships with everyone you meet. So, you must be professional, adaptable, and complement the culture at all times, remembering that you are a part of the service, too!
Needless to say, shrewd decision-making and savvy communication are necessary. Like any great planner extraordinaire, the team suspects that you’re already two steps ahead. So, you might find yourself proactively setting reminders, checking in with the team, or polishing that update. We could go on, but you get it!
Last but not least, top candidates will also demonstrate maturity and wisdom in their approach, with the ability to maintain patience, positivity, and professionalism when working through adversity.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience that’s required (and really important to have):
- 3 - 5 years of technical Project Management experience
- Proven success managing complex projects in a client-facing role
- Experience PM'ing e-commerce or content management implementations
- Know your way around Smartsheets
- Adaptable with an ability to navigate challenges (or the unknown) with positivity
- Proactive problem-solving skills (Murphy’s Law is real)
- Exceptional attention to detail; solid documentation and presentation skills
- Pragmatic with an ability to divide projects into small phases with ease
- Navigating through nuance and variety on a regular basis
- Highly motivated to over-communicate and over-deliver, and always follow through!

- 1 years of billable work in a consulting/agency environment
- Custom software environments in a rigid environment
- Success working in a 100% remote environment
- Other roles at a tech, software, or product development company
