Robotic Welding Programmer / Operator

The Inventive-Group™ in Mountain Home, Idaho, is hiring a Robotic Welding Programmer to improve the processes on our four advanced robotic welders. Job Details:

• Program/Operate welding parts and assemblies for the Offroad, Powersports, Fishing, Boating, and Outdoor enthusiasts
• Operate cutting edge Fanuc and Panasonic Robots integrated with welders
• Use autonomous robots to send products downstream and return empty carts to the front of the shop with a click of a button
• No equipment or tools needed. We will provide everything you need to perform job duties!
• Perform quality checks to ensure great products are sent out the door.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities

Qualifications:

• Prefer Experience Programming Fanuc and Panasonic Robots integrated with welders
• Good attention to detail, eye for quality and ability to complete tasks.
• Deep understanding of the welding process.
• Experience with Pulsed MIG Welding
• Basic Computer Skills
• Great attitude and a desire for self-improvement.
• Enjoy working in a shop environment!

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to stand and walk all the time
• Ability to occasionally move objects weighing 60 pounds
• Ability to respond to visual and audible queues
• Ability to handle and move materials frequently
