InVeris Training Solutions is a global leader in integrated virtual and live fire training solutions for military forces, law enforcement agencies, and commercial shooting ranges. Job Core Responsibilities
- Create and process Parts Quotes for Virtual Customers
- Maintain Virtual Parts Pricing Catalogs
- Create sales orders, pick and issue parts, generate packing slips and process shipping documents for invoicing
- Update customer support database
- Liaise with purchasing, compliance, contracts, and other departments when necessary
- Back up for other employees within the department to include Live Fire part quotes, process shipping documentation for repairs, inventory control, etc.
Job Specifications
Experience
- Working knowledge of Customer Support
- Above average knowledge in PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and running reports
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technically descriptive documents
- Excellent customer relation/communication skills
- Detail orientated, goal driven individual with the ability to work in a fast paced, flexible, and evolving work environment with no supervision and the ability to seek out solutions
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with ambition to achieve goals of the department
- Must be a meticulously organized individual with the ability to multitask
Education
- College Degree or equivalent experience
