Position Purpose
Our professional services team is dedicated to the success of our clients and their digital platform. We are looking for a dynamic project analyst that will use their skills and experience to gather, analyze and report on data including key performance indicators. Exceptional analytical and communication skills will ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and report on data to all levels of management utilizing multiple tools
- Improve and update templates and processes
- Monitor data and report on gaps and inconsistencies
- Plan and schedule specific topic seminars for PMs across across the globe
- Plan, schedule and document outcomes of projects reviews with scoring
- Learn and use tools (Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint) in order to report metrics
- Write & distribute effective notifications regarding PMO notices, updates and requests for information
- Manage multiple folders in Sharepoint and ensure documents are stored in the correct spaces for reference
- Create effective presentations to share data and propose solutions
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (finance or technology)
- 2 years of analyst work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and updates templates and processes
- Strong skillset and experience using excel and powerpoint
- Experience with gathering and reporting on data
- Ability to create effective powerpoint presentations and email notifications
