This position can be based out of our office in Phoenix, AZ or New York, NY.
The Role:
As the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic event planning, execution, and networking initiatives. We are looking for an individual contributor with a deep understanding of all Investis Digital’s service offerings and channels, both digital and live events, and the ability to generate new business opportunities through impactful networking events.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING - What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with Investis Digital's business objectives. Plan and coordinate a diverse range of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking events, that effectively showcase our service offerings and generate new business leads.
- Leverage your deep understanding of all Investis Digital service offerings and channels to ensure cohesive event marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation across multiple platforms.
- Take the lead in organizing and executing networking events that facilitate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships. Collaborate closely with the New Business Development team to identify target prospects and generate high-quality leads.
- Oversee end-to-end event execution, from planning and logistics to promotion and post-event follow-up. Ensure that events are executed with precision and deliver impactful experiences for attendees.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the New Business Development team, Marketing, and Sales, to align event strategies with overall business goals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional cooperation and shared success.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure event success, identify areas for improvement, and refine event strategies for enhanced performance and lead generation.
- Be comfortable with travel within the domestic US to attend and manage events.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING - Who You Are:
- Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in the digital or technology industry.
- Deep understanding of all Investis Digital service offerings and channels, with a focus on digital and live events.
- Strong track record of generating new business leads through successful networking events.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple events simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate event teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to utilize data to drive strategic decisions and optimize event performance.
- Comfortable leading the charge on events and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel within the domestic US as needed to attend and manage events.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, preferred.

Compensation Range:
Expected compensation range is between $100,000 - $140,000. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, past performance; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations.
