Technical Project Coordinator

We are a premier Real Estate Investment firm based in Murfreesboro, TN with a high-performance team. We are searching for a highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. The Technical Project Coordinator’s responsibilities include creating and optimizing workflows, collaborating closely with developers and supporting our sales team and internal stakeholders. To be a successful candidate, you should possess a strong background in workflow design and spreadsheet management.

Technical Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Workflow Management: Utilize Zapier, Clickfunnels, G-suite, Slack, and HubSpot to create and optimize workflows ensuring efficient project execution.
  
• Collaborate closely with developers and the sales team, providing technical insights and facilitating seamless communication for IT projects.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones with a focus on IT infrastructure and technology implementation.
  
• Demonstrate advanced utilizing tools like Excel or Google Sheets for in-depth data analysis and project tracking in IT contexts.
  
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring processes and decisions are well-documented for reference and improvement.
  
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure IT deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
  
• Identify and promptly address IT-specific issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain the integrity of technical deliverables.
  
• Efficiently allocate human and technical resources for IT project goals and deadlines, emphasizing IT support requirements.
  

Technical Project Coordinator Requirements:

• In-depth IT proficiency with Zapier, Clickfunnels, G-suite, Slack, and HubSpot for effective project management.
  
• Proven Experience in creating and optimizing IT workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  
• Familiarity with a diverse range of IT platforms and technologies, indicating a depth of experience in IT support and project management.
