Investors Management Company is currently accepting applications for a full time apartment maintenance technician needed between two properties located in Lakeland, GA and Quitman GA. Responsibilities include routine maintenance of apartment homes including plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical duties. Candidate must have property maintenance experience. IMC offers medical, dental, & vision insurance as well as a Simple IRA plan.
