Commercial Property Manager Job Description: Our real estate company is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced commercial property manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our commercial properties while maximizing occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the commercial properties, including tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial reporting. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction and retention. - Conduct regular site visits to ensure the properties are well-maintained and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize property performance and increase profitability. - Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports for senior management. - Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial property management. - Strong knowledge of property management software (Appfolio) and accounting principles. - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
