What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager- Staffing position at Invictus?
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 yrs of prior IT staffing sales experience OR 2 years of IT Recruitment or IT Staffing experience with a desire to move into a client-facing sales role OR 4 years of technology-related b2b sales
- Experience with sales, prospecting, business development, client acquisition, and/or account management.
- Basic understanding of different technology platforms, programming languages, SDLC, or technology infrastructure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
