Job Posting for Business Development Associate at Invision Construction and Development
Invision Development is a commercial general contractor with projects throughout central Florida. Our specialties includes office, medical and retail projects including both interior buildouts and ground up construction. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic sales associate to join the team and expand our client base.
Job duties:
Conduct research to identify potential customers
Prospect for new business through multiple sales channels including telephone, email, and face to face meetings
Network with allied businesses including brokers, architects and engineers
Build rapport and maintain positive professional relationships with potential clients
Filter opportunities to identify those which fit with the criteria of the company
Prepare proposals and follow up to ask for the sale
Qualifications:
Experience in sales and marketing within the AEC industry
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Compensation:
Compensation to be a combination of base salary and commission.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Day shift
Monday to Friday
