As a part of the Computing Team (IT) you will manage the ongoing support and integration of enterprise JIRA and Confluence applications, including both front-end UI and back-end cloud support. Implement new project requests in JIRA, including designing screen forms utilizing custom fields, custom screen and field configuration schemes, and custom workflows with conditions validators, and post-functions. Evaluate and implement all marketplace supported add-ons for JIRA and Confluence.
What you bring:
4+ years of relevant experience in administration of Atlassian Tools
Extensive knowledge of SDLC and Agile
Expert skills in continuous Jira and Jira Service Desk
Numerous Atlassian supported Plugins knowledge is a plus
Proficient with Java, Groovy, and scripting.
Expert skills in design and creation of Confluence spaces and pages
Deep knowledge of change control, testing frameworks and multi tier clients (Dev, QA, Prod)
Passion for continuous improvement with strong technical skills and ability to drive initiatives to automate and standardize key processes
Experience working in fast paced agile development environment
Experience with lean management and scaled Agile methodology is a plus
What you will do:
Lead/manage all capabilities of the JIRA and Confluence ecosystem system (including add-ons, plug-ins, screens, workflows, schemas, troubleshooting, fields, permissions and notifications)
Implement cross-functional department processes utilizing Jira standard and custom workflows engines, automation scripts and data driven reporting tools
Build and deploy Jira system integration solutions covering in house stack and Okta security processes.
Responsible for administration, maintenance, upgrades, enhancements to JIRA, Confluence and integrations with other major systems, tools and plugins
Manage user permissions for tools according to functional areas, production processes, projects teams
Perform application and system administration tasks, including data backups and scheduled jobs
Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility and proactive deployment schedule.
Work with JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, custom fields
