What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transaction Coordinator/Administrative Assistant position at INW Properties LLC?
We are seeking a Transaction Coordinate/Administrative assistance to help with the processing and sales of properties our business has equity interest in.
Responsibilities will include:
-Networking and marketing properties to investors
-Working with property Buyers, Sellers, and Closers to facilitate transactions being completed
-Working with lawyers and closers to navigating title, tenant, financial, and other hurdles that may effect closing timelines
-Assisting in coordinating and scheduling contractors for maintenance and renovations of business owned properties
Requires:
-Confidence with computers and technology
-Moderate understanding of Real Estate transaction process
-Comfortable and reliable working remotely
-Confident networking over the phone
-Flexibility in work availability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
