Customer Service Representative

Inyo Pool Products Inc. is seeking to add a dynamic employee to our customer service team. A strong candidate will possess a positive demeanor, excellent communication skills and be able to deliver a high quality customer service experience. This candidate will become a tremendous ambassador for our company, and will aid our customers in creating a long-term, genuine relationship with us!

As a Customer Service Agent with Inyo Pool Products, your role will be to focus on providing the correct resolutions for both customers and the business. You will handle customer relationships and assist with their individual service needs whilst delivering best-in-class customer service.

This position is based out of our office in Longwood.

Customer Service Representatives need a variety of skills and qualifications to succeed, including:

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Experience with computer database systems/software

• Excellent communication skills, including excellent reading and writing skills

• Pool Experience - 2 years in retail or 5 years of pool ownership/maintenance

• Ability to conduct yourself in a fast paced environment while maintaining composure and patience.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Professional telephone manner and email etiquette

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues via phone, email, chat, or social media.

• Assist with placement of orders, returns, tracking and refunds.Handle customer complaints by providing unbelievable customer service to ensure resolution.

• Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.

• Detail-oriented, with strong multi-tasking skills

• Self-manage workloads and initiate tasks

• Positive attitude and ability to develop strong relationships with customers and team members

• Team-oriented and flexible in assuming new responsibilities as they arise

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skill

• Ability to analyze and solve problems

Benefits are available to eligible after 90 days of employment as a Fulltime employee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
