Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture:
- Design end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements.
- Develop technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
Platform Customization and Configuration:
- Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and workflows.
- Develop components such as workflows, forms, UI policies, and integrations.
Integration and Automation:
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline service delivery.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Performance Optimization and Scalability:
