Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, testing, tuning and configuration of various enterprise systems to include installation of new software releases, system upgrades, evaluation and installation of patches, and resolution of software/ hardware related problems on Window based systems.
- Perform common administration functions for local and remote systems including process automation, patch management, backup and restore, capacity/log monitoring, clustering and replication.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, databases, telecommunications, wireless technology (IPADS, IPHONES) and the Internet.

- Strategic thinker and strong desire/curiosity to figure out how something works in the system.
- Understand the importance of maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of information.
Experience and Education
- Experience with Windows-based operating systems including troubleshooting and installation.
- Experience with TCP/IP network troubleshooting in distributed client/server environments
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN internetworking and protocols
- Bachelor's in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or an equivalent combination in education and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Microsoft operating systems
