The Auxiliary Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Operations Team at ION Solar. This position is designed for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Auxiliary Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of projects and daily activities within the Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and administration of operational projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments to ensure effective collaboration.
Manage and update databases and internal systems with accurate operational data.
Assist with the procurement of materials and services, including liaising with vendors and suppliers.
Support the implementation of operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle logistical arrangements for team events, training, and meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Operations Team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within an operations setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
