HOA Technician contributes to Ion Solar by efficiently collecting neighbor’s and homeowners signatures, attending HOA meetings, and communicating clearly with the HOA team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drive to cities/neighborhoods within a 30 mile radius of the office.
- Retrieve signatures from homeowners & neighbors.
- Communicate with the HOA department & other techs on a daily basis.
- Maintain a personal email, respond to all communication within 24 hours.
- Update and complete service appointments throughout the day
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent driving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
- Access to a working smartphone
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Customer service experience required
- Solar experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.
Prolonged periods driving and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
