Description
We are looking for an individual that is a self starter, reliable, and detail oriented. Proposal Specialists contribute to ION Solar by designing proposals for residential solar opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Proposal Specialist has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Read utility bills and enter them into our custom proposal tool.
- Create detailed designs using Aurora that accurately depict the solar production potential of a home.
- Work directly with our sales team to tailor proposals to the needs of the customer.
- Work efficiently to fulfill all requested proposals.
- Be comfortable on the phones or communicating via SMS receiving and fulfilling requests from the sales team.
- Shifts are flexible during the week, team members are required to work two Saturdays a month.
Qualifications:
Proposal Specialist should have the following skills, education and experience:
- Experience with Aurora preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detailed and organized
- Problem-solving and good judgment
- Have a sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively prioritize, multi-task, and manage time well
- Flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service

Compensation and Benefits:
Ion Solar will provide the following compensation:
- Pay Range: $12-14/hr performance based bonus
