This individual is a skilled programmer assigned to support the administrative computing activities of the university using PeopleSoft (Campus Solutions, Human Resources/Payroll and/or Financials) as well as third party software products. This individual provides high-end customer service, answers user questions, troubleshoots, tests, codes reports and provides customized programming solutions as needed. Responsible for implementation, testing, documentation and continued product maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Code queries, develop customized programs and reports, modify existing reports, and develop third-party extracts. Research, test and maintain all programming work. All activities must comply with audit and regulatory standards. Senior Programmer Analysts are assigned more complex projects in critical areas.
- Provide high-end customer support including answering end-user software questions, researching/resolving application problems, resolving software issues and supporting software updates/upgrades as needed. Work directly with system administrators to resolve issues.
- Participate in professional education (webinars, literature).
- Complete special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, PeopleSoft SQR, PeopleCode, Application Designer.
- Some support experience necessary, as well as technical and functional knowledge of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Human Resources/Payroll and/or Financial applications in a Microsoft Windows Server environment.

Salary : $67,913 - $73,500
