Position Summary
Join the cutting-edge Product team at Ionna as our Head of Program Management and embark on a mission to revolutionize the charging customer experience in North America. In this role, you'll lead a dynamic team responsible for spearheading groundbreaking projects that redefine industry standards. From conceptualization to execution, you'll be at the helm, orchestrating the intricate details of complex programs and ensuring they soar to success on schedule.
Responsibilities
Dive deep into end-to-end service processes, uncovering opportunities for innovation and streamlining.
Lead cross-functional programs aligned with our business objectives, orchestrating timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies to drive transformative change across our organization.
Architect seamless processes that bridge information gaps between departments, blending business acumen with technical prowess to create synergy across diverse software applications and engineering teams.
Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our service processes from start to finish.
Engineer structured forms and response-based automation tools to facilitate decision-making, troubleshooting, and data capture, empowering our teams to operate at peak efficiency.
Master the art of communication, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on process and software changes, backed by compelling quantitative insights that drive compliance and performance.
Deliver actionable analysis and reporting, distilling complex data into clear, compelling narratives for presentations and regular KPI reviews.
Skills and Experience
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related quantitative and technical fields, or demonstrate equivalent expertise.
Showcase unparalleled adaptability and problem-solving skills, thriving in the face of ambiguity and complexity.
Bring 7 years of hands-on experience in program and project management, with a focus on software migration and systems development, delivering tangible results that leave a lasting impact.
Command attention with your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly when engaging with senior business leaders.
Excel in data analysis, wielding tools like Microsoft Office applications, SQL, and Tableau to extract meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making.
Embrace collaboration and teamwork, leading cross-functional projects with finesse and navigating the diverse landscape of technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease.
