Position Summary
The Supplier Quality Manager will be responsible for managing IONNA’s partners to ensure business objectives and KPIs are met. They will support internal stakeholders and work with partners to enable continuous improvement with the goal of achieving best-in-class customer experience and industry-leading uptime.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates and manages cross-functional project teams to improve the customer’s experience in the overall quality and reliability of the charging network
- Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders throughout the charging ecosystems to drive improvements in the customer experience
- Lead charger partnership meetings to review SLAs, uptime reports, parts and materials, and other key indicators of performance tied to customer experience
- Works collaboratively with Technology, Product, Operations and other internal teams
- Execute quality control methodologies and associated reporting metrics
- Develop standard approaches for partner management and contracting to enable scaling of the Operations organization
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
- 5 year's experience with charging technology preferred
- 5 year's experience with supplier quality required
- Demonstrates ability to understand business concepts, including the ability to critically evaluate and create project plans
- Strong business acumen / strategic agility
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
