Operations and Salesforce Specialist

Help SonoSim clients with product and technical support and serve as a junior Salesforce administrator with a focus on cooperation projects. We are looking for tech savvy, creative problem solvers who can communicate effectively and confidently with highly educated clients. Description
Learn the ins-and-outs of SonoSim Ultrasound Training Solution software and become a product expert
Support and troubleshoot across all SonoSim teams on a daily basis (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Operations) to ensure client success
Provide prompt correspondence with customers and partners through support calls and emails
Collaborate with the Director of Business Intelligence to assist with Salesforce related projects, particularly those related to operational scaling and process improvement
Contribute to maintaining and updating Salesforce documentation and training materials
Collaborate on Salesforce related projects and track their completion in Jira
Track client support issue progress and log all client communications in Salesforce
Work as part of a team on product fulfillment, inventory, and shipping
Help clients with software installation upgrades, basic computer and network questions, and clearly communicate how to resolve technical issues
Key Qualifications
One year experience performing Salesforce administration-related tasks
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong customer service and phone support skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented and self-motivated
Adaptable and hardworking
Quick learner
Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or other Salesforce Credentials preferred
One to two years experience in operations, logistics, technical support, and/or quality assurance preferred
Education
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business or a related field
Work Arrangement
This role is fully onsite in the Santa Monica office located at 1738 Berkeley Street.
Compensation
$50,000-65,000 depending on level of expertise and experience
