Description

• ​Learn the ins-and-outs of SonoSim Ultrasound Training Solution software and become a product expert
• ​Support and troubleshoot across all SonoSim teams on a daily basis (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Operations) to ensure client success
• Provide prompt correspondence with customers and partners through support calls and emails
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Intelligence to assist with Salesforce related projects, particularly those related to operational scaling and process improvement
• Contribute to maintaining and updating Salesforce documentation and training materials
• Collaborate on Salesforce related projects and track their completion in Jira
• ​Track client support issue progress and log all client communications in Salesforce
• Work as part of a team on product fulfillment, inventory, and shipping
• ​Help clients with software installation upgrades, basic computer and network questions, and clearly communicate how to resolve technical issues

Key Qualifications

• One year experience performing Salesforce administration-related tasks
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong customer service and phone support skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Adaptable and hardworking
• Quick learner

• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or other Salesforce Credentials preferred
• One to two years experience in operations, logistics, technical support, and/or quality assurance preferred

Education

Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business or a related field

Work Arrangement

This role is fully onsite in the Santa Monica office located at 1738 Berkeley Street.

Compensation

• $50,000-65,000 depending on level of expertise and experience
