Media Cause is looking for a Growth Operations Associate to help accelerate the growth and impact of organizations doing good in the world.

We’re looking for a person with a passion for driving meaningful results for clients, a hunger to continue learning in the ever changing digital world, the ability to problem solve to overcome any challenge, a passion for helping teammates succeed, and a strong desire to change the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initial lead vetting and due-diligence. Creation of lead dossier/score. Vet smaller opportunities
    • Manage sales creation process to support across the sales department ensuring proposals are completed efficiently and accurately. Work with service leads to help sales teammates develop and finalize proposal frameworks.
    • Help manage and advise proposals components such as case studies and client references.
  • Oversee and lead the Hubspot management and reporting for the sales team.
    • Lead all major sales reporting in HubSpot.
    • Ensure all data (i.e. re clients and pipelines) are accurate and up to date. Facilitate/automate any current manual work.
    • Identify data hygiene best practices and suggest/lead improvement processes.
  • Help facilitate outbound lead-gen plan/reporting
  • PM contract execution process (New upsells/renewals)
  • Collaborate across sales and client success to ensure new clients are transitioned and onboarded properly.
    • Enforce and oversee the sales to account transition process
  • Coordinate short-term client check-ins, post-sale.
  • Assist with onboarding new Growth team-mates
  • Help facilitate responsibilities and follow-ups from internal sales/other meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Positive, solution orientation. Team-first mindset and DNA
  • Experience with Project Management strongly preferred
  • Understanding of digital marketing
  • Excellent communicator with proactive sense of ownership
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and Google software suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Nonprofit experience a
  • Understanding of sales processes a plus
  • Marketing agency experience a plus
