Responsibilities
- To maintain and improve overall sales and operations for the driver supply department through managing new and current products.
- Stay up to date with the current and new products for drivers.
- Review items within your department to ensure advertisements, quantities, and overall display will promote sales growth.
- Order new product as needed.
- Recommend organizational structure, objectives, and staffing requirements. Make recommendations for improving effectiveness of policy or procedures.
- Provide effective on-the-job training to associates as needed. Identify areas where additional training is needed.
- Keep abreast of current trends and practices in the industry. Make recommendations for implementation.
