What does a Client Care Coordinator do in home care?
As a Client Care Coordinator you will be responsible for coordination of clients schedules with our amazing team of caregivers. You will work directly with clients, their families, nursing and direct care staff, and our administrative team to ensure that all services are delivered as ordered by the physician. This position with have an emphasis on the architectural building of the client schedules within our EMR. You will need to have a high sense of organization, logistical thinking, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
