Job Description:
Part Time Position: Approximately 30 hours per week
Monday- Friday 8am-2pm with some flexibility in hours
Will work primarily in the Belmond facility
Duties will be as a support staff for care coordination team. Job duties to include but not limited to medical record review and assisting with data capture for patient appointments.
Assisting with coordinating care and facilitating daily contact with patients.
Patient outreach for scheduling. Data retrieval for quality measures.
Previous medical office and/or care coordination experience preferred.
Candidate must be self-motivated and have great communication
skills.
Travel will be required.
Requirements:
Current Certified Medical Assistant certification
