Job Summary As a Marketing Coordinator, Electrical & Municipal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Channel Marketing Managers, you will contribute to the implementation of marketing campaigns, coordination of trade shows, budget tracking and the creation of marketing collateral. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, creative flair, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with internal and external creative supports to produce engaging marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials. Manage inventory levels of marketing materials and coordinate reprints as needed. Assist in the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including website. Schedule and distribute content through appropriate channels, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Manager to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs. Assist in the development of timelines and project plans to ensure successful implementation. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives. Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including booth logistics, staffing schedules, and promotional materials. Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of exhibit materials and services. Support pre and post-show marketing efforts to maximize brand exposure and lead generation opportunities. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Marketing Automation, CRM systems). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry (preferred but not required).
