ResponsibilitiesMentor/coach junior team members on pacing, optimization, and campaign development as needed
* Developing, optimizing, and maintaining paid search campaigns for clients
* Analyzing & reporting data on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly & ad-hoc basis. Developing or QAing performance insights
* Familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors
* Developing, executing, and testing across campaign variables that create client-specific insight and feed future successions of testing
* Supporting the team leadership and contribute to higher-level strategic initiatives.
* Responsible for leading status meetings with vendors, including proactive optimization efforts, and leading all troubleshooting comms (e.g., makegoods, QA/tracking, etc.) under coaching of manager
* Maintaining and optimizing client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
Required Skills & Experience
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Process oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time. Time management skills are critical
* Excellent writing and communication skills Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
* Strong working understanding of the SEM industry, including major players and supporting technology (bid management tools (SA360, Marin/Kenshoo), AdWords, and Microsoft Ads)
* Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior members of search team
* Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into media strategy when applied via online technologies
* Firm grasp of how to test marketing tactics and achieve performance metrics
* Expert ability in keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and bid management
* Reprise does not require candidates to have a college degree
Desired Skills & Experience
* Ample experience in SEM/PPC experience, preferably with agencies, including experience in social media, web analytics, and SEO a big plus
* Experience working on enterprise level PPC accounts with large budgets preferred
* Technical background a plus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, etc.)
