Requirements:
As our chosen Maintenance Technician, every day you will perform property maintenance/repairs, landscaping, grounds keeping maintenance, and assisting the property manager with various property projects. Royal Gardens (152 spaces) is a beautiful manufactured housing community in Westminster, CA and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician/ Landscaper!
To thrive in this role:
One plus year’s relevant experience
Experience with plumbing, landscaping, painting, repair
Superior customer service skills
Participate in on-call rotation
Bonus Skills
Preferred licenses include: Pool License
