Jr. Program Analyst

IPKeys Technologies, a high growth technology services company, has an opportunity for a Jr. Program Analyst / Technical Writer to provide support on our (DISA TASS) Program for DSAWG - location at Ft. Responsibilities

The Jr. Program Analyst / Technical Writer provides technical administrative support.

• Attend and provide input to all governing monthly meetings of working groups, boards, and panels.• Execute goals to include operational and organizational concepts, policy, and assessments for all DSAWG related actions.• Plan, develop, arrange, schedule, and manage monthly DSAWG meetings.• Provide support to the DSAWG Chairman for meetings and other DoD ad-hoc meetings on a monthly basis.• Prepare SOP and internal documentation• Document, publish, and distribute DSAWG quarterly meeting minutes, agendas, CDS requests/tickets/annual reviews, decisions, and information briefings • Provide technical reports on DSAWG related issues and topics for coordination with the appropriate representatives• Provide monthly status reports on DSAWG activities.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 3 years of related experience.Proficient in information systems security, and technical documentation comprehension.

Excellent writing skills and attention to detail is key for this role. 

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Education

• Preferred Associates degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience may be used in lieu of degree

Security

• Must possess and active DOD Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
