What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager (Contract Manager) position at IPRO?
The Contract Manager supports various Medicaid Managed Care programs by managing several Managed Care Department (MCD) projects concurrently and ensuring the quality and timeliness of all project deliverables, as well as manage client relationships.
The Contract Manager plays a key role in working with and providing daily assistance to external and internal customers, including MCOs and State clients.
This individual is responsible for working with other team members, including Project Managers, Clinical staff and Data Analysts, in developing and managing day-to-day job activities for the EQRO contract.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Superior organizational and project management skills
- Superior writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and manage time effectively to meet client deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to coordinate and assist with annual onsite or remote compliance audits of health plans
- Strong skills in a variety of software packages (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, etc.).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- One (1) year of project management/coordination experience, required.
- Undergraduate degree in healthcare related field or two years (2) experience in health plan operation, managed care or similar field, required.
The salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $85,000.00. Actual salary depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location and budget.
The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
