Creative Lead

Position Responsibilities

IPS is hiring! We are hiring for a talented Creative Lead to join our team at our headquarters located in Blue Bell, PA.  The role of the Creative Lead is to build the company’s creative environment, steer the creative process, and develop digital, print, and video animation assets based on IPS brand standards to increase brand positioning and awareness internally and externally.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Specific job activities include (but are not limited to):

• (60%) Conceptualize, oversee, and execute graphics and videos based on the IPS brand:
  • Creation of graphics, animations, and videos for tradeshows/events, promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and company initiatives for:
  • Social media, marketing automation campaigns, and digital outlets
  • Digital and print materials such as posters, brochures, infographics, layouts, handouts, advertisements, e-blasts, show giveaways, logos, signage, etc.
  • Sales materials such as websites, presentations, project descriptions, qualification materials, and placemats.
  • Creation of videos, including coordinating, storyboarding, filming, editing, etc.  
  • Assist with the creation and reformatting of IPS-branded internal documents such as business cards, standards, templates, tradeshow banners, etc.
  • Graphical assistance for promoting internal activities and communications via the intranet
  • Format IPS internal and external newsletters
  • Reformat documents, as needed, to meet current brand standards
  • Work closely with the marketing team on projects
  • Translate technical language as required
• (20%) Graphics Oversight:
  • Maintain a catalog of graphical marketing materials on the intranet/online platform and server by meta-tagging, relabeling, and filing assets; overseeing consistency with marketing team members
  • Maintain a schedule of graphics that need to be created based on internal and external activities and corporate priorities
  • Update graphic materials used in previously created content and edit as needed
  • Streamline graphic accessibility process through platforms, templates, etc.
  • Coordinate with professional photographers and key IPS project stakeholders
• (10%) Evaluate trends and new technology platforms to advance our creative deliverables continuously
• (10%) Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must adhere to office safety guidelines and follow corporate quality work processes
• Travel is minimal, but there might be a need to support regional offices on strategic opportunities when necessary
• Bachelor’s degree in digital art/graphic design, marketing, communication, business, English, journalism, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the creative design/digital asset development and management within a marketing or sales capacity, preferably in the AEC industry
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Advanced video editing in Adobe Premiere or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong grammar and English skills are required
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of collaboration and teamwork
• Experience with e-blast programs
• Website development/management is considered a plus
• Management experience is considered a plus
• Active involvement in professional development associations, such as SMPS, considered a plus
