Ipsen Bioscience, Inc. is looking for a Global Commercial Lead Rare Diseases in Cambridge, MA: Responsible for the development of the global brand plans and coordinate with the geographies for the execution of according marketing activities and to support launch readiness. Responsibilities are: Business and Portfolio Development; Brand Strategy; Cross-functional Alignment; Launch Excellence; KOL Management. Doctorate in Life Sciences, Medical Science or Pharmaceutical Sciences. A minimum of 10 years experience as Director, Product Strategy Lead (OR A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry at international level). Special requirements: Strong Rx marketing experience in one of the top 5 European markets (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy) or in North America (US, Canada), regional or global marketing experience; Scientific and commercial experience in Rare Diseases; Deep strategic marketing expertise; Strong business acumen and understanding of global markets; Very customer focused mindset and capacity to provide both strategic thinking and operational solutions to countries; Small Molecules and Biologics experience; Operational and Commercial excellence experience.
