Be part of the beating heart of IQ-EQ: the Banking Pool. An essential and visible responsibility for clients and IQ-EQ where all payments made from and to clients go through the hands of the team members of the Banking Pool.
The team is responsible for a vast number of payments and part of the invoice collection on a daily basis. As a gatekeeper of the Dutch Financial System, we help monitor the transactions performed.
Your challenge
At IQ-EQ we strive for operational excellence and to provide extraordinary services to our clients. A smooth running Banking Pool is essential to contribute to these goals. Together with the rest of the team you are responsible for providing high quality and efficient payment services. In the payment process you help the Operations Department in being a compliance gate keeper for our Transaction Monitoring policy. You also assist the Operations Department with monthly, quarterly or annual reporting by providing them with the online bank statements.
In performing your services you will be in frequent contact with the teams in the Operations Department and with our clients. You will assist our clients in the full range of the payment process, from obtaining their payment approval to ensuring sufficient balances on the bank accounts to ensuring the proper authorization and execution of the payments.
Not only do your perform payments for our clients related to third parties, you also play a vital role in invoice collection for IQ-EQ in the first 30 days period and in the timely payment of annual fixed fees as soon as they are payable.
Qualifications
- Holds a MBO Level 4 or (is studying for a) Bachelor degree.
- Excellent working knowledge in the field of expertise and of the (local) legislative and regulatory framework.
- A talent for administrative work, an knack for numbers and a keen insight into various electronic systems.
- English, Portuguese.
