Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls
Building relationship with National clients and suppliers
Replying and organising emails (Outlook)
Sending through quotes and proposals
Interact and respond to client enquiries
Establish business relationships with case managers
Skills and Experience:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) literate
Previous administrative assistant experience
Excellent communication skills; verbal, visual and written
Strong ability to multi-task
Ability to operate autonomously as well as within team environment
Salary : $14 - $22
