Job Description
iQor is seeking experienced Call Center Representatives for the collection’s team at the Richfield OH location. Qualified applicants will have astable work history in collections, customer service or sales over the phone.
Competitive pay depending on experience starting at $17/hr . PLUS Monthly Bonus!!! Train in office for 2 weeks and then move to hybrid with equipment provided.
Incentive pay from 30 days to a year!
$50 gift card at 30 days
$150 gift card at 6 months
$250 gift card at 9 months
$500 gift card at 1 year
Preferred schedules available: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:15pm.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
Place outbound calls and collect on past due balances.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
Meet department productivity and quality standards.
Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution.
Requirements
Experience in collections is preferred.
Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives.
